Prayer Points 31 August

Sunday 31 August: As the new session gets underway, pray for strategic vision and faithful leadership in our united parish that God's Church may grow and develop here.
Monday 1 September: Pray for the Worship and Discipleship Team that a variety of opportunities may be offered for people of all ages and backgrounds to grow in their faith.
Tuesday 2 September: Pray for the Fellowship and Pastoral Team that fruitful bonds of love and support may be developed for all in our churches, especially the most vulnerable.
Wednesday 3 September: Pray for the Outreach and Community Team as they seek ways to engage with the wider community and to make Christ known through word and action.
Thursday 4 September: Pray for the Youth and Family Team as they co-ordinate the work of the churches among the young.
Friday 5 September: Pray for the Service Team with its sub-groups of Administration, Finance and Property as they offer practical support for every aspect of the life of the church.
Saturday 6 September: Creator God, you form us on the wheel of life as a potter moulds the clay. Shape us into holy vessels, bearing the mark of your wise crafting, that we may remain strong and useful through years of faithful and obedient service in Christ’s name.
