Minister’s Message 9 August 2026
Dear Friends,
It’s been a busy week! Family week has been running all week, a new priest-in-charge, Carl Melville, was licensed for the episcopal churches of St. James’ in Dollar and St. Paul’s in Kinross, and the Kinross Show took place on Saturday (and the British Touring Car Championship came to Knockhill). A busy week for us and many across Kinross-shire.
We celebrate all this joyful busyness, all these special events that are the focus of many for the year, events which energise us, and motivate us. We are glad to have these moments, which are simultaneously the fruit and the culmination of many hours of work but also the seeds and the start of new things.
As we start to leave the summer behind and anticipate the beginning of the school term, we carry these events with us, ready to see what God will do, looking forward to this new season of discipleship.
