Family week : ways that you can help us
Family Week: Ways that you can help us: • Wednesday 30th July from 7 to 9pm. Drop in to the church to help cut out and decorate some sea creatures and underwater decorations. No artistic ability needed. Refreshments provided and all ages welcome. Just turn up at any time, and no need to let us know in advance. • 12.30-1pm each day of Family Week (4th - 8 th Aug) - Volunteers needed to hoover the church and clean the church toilets • Providing accommodation for our Hungarian guests (a mixture of older teens and adults) - we still don't know exact numbers or exact dates, but it will be for the whole of family week plus a short amount of time on each weekend. Living within walking distance of the church is preferrable. • Providing an early evening meal for some of our Hungarian guests (maximum 3-4 guests) on some of the evenings - times will vary slightly, but likely to be around 5.30pm most evenings If you can volunteer for any of these, please contact the church office.
