Part-Time Church Office Coordinator (16hr/week over 4 weekday mornings) - CLOSING DATE 23 APRIL 2021
Our current Church Office Coordinator is stepping down and we are looking to fill this key role: a person with previous office experience, good IT skills and excellent organisational & communication skills. Since its establishment in 2010, the Church Office has offered administrative support for KPC’s active ministries and coordinated the hire of the Church and Church Centre; this has been undertaken by a paid Coordinator and team of volunteers. Since March 2020, Covid-19 has forced the office to become virtual. Until it is possible to return safely to the office, the Coordinator will need to be able to work remotely and be adaptable to changing situations.
