Joining Public Worship

21 Apr 2022

The legal requirement to wear a face covering when attending worship has been lifted, although the government “strongly encourages the use of protective measures to reduce risk, including wearing face coverings where appropriate, to help keep each other safe.”

Hand sanitiser is available and we will continue to discourage handshakes and close contact. Safety is our primary concern so if you are experiencing any Covid symptoms or feeling unwell please stay at home and look after yourself. Most seating has returned to pre-pandemic layout but there is an area with more distanced seating for those who prefer. Ventilation is important to reduce Covid spread and, as windows cannot be opened, a main door is kept open.

Some services are livestreamed. The chancel area is in view of the camera.

Sunday services will continue to be available online, by telephone, and on CD.
